Roll Cage pricing
Don't let anyone tell you differently, Roll cages are a LOT of work. Materials including welding gas, wire, tube, plate steel, paint, etc... add up to about $300-400 depending on tube size, material, type of cage, etc. Labor for designing cutting, bending, fitting, welding etc... is the largest cost in a cage. I won't look at a cage for less than $1000, and usually it's closer to double that. If you want someone to install your mail order cage, we can do that too, $60 per hour labor rate, plus supplies and materials. Man hours to build a mid priced custom cage range from 15 to 40 and even more in some cases. We can usually install a mail order cage in about a day, if no major changes are needed (and they usually are) I am not trying to scare you off, but like I said, roll cages are a LOT of work.
Take a look at a few of the pictures from the links on the left. As we expand our business, we will have more and better equipment for higher and higher quality roll cage and other fabrication.
